Hamburger Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger
    5 heaping tsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    4 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    4 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Divide into 3 parts.
    Put each into a double plastic bag.
    Close tightly and refrigerate 3 days.
    Each day, squash and knead well.
    Do not open bags.
    On fourth day, form into rolls.
    It makes 6 rolls.
    Put on broiler pan or rack in pan.
    Bake at 150\u00b0 for 8 hours.
