Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 c. zucchini, diced
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. carrots, sliced
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 stick butter or margarine
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine vegetables in buttered baking dish.
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Stir in flour.
    Add milk, salt and pepper.
    Allow to thicken.
    Pour sauce over vegetables.
    Stir lightly.
    Cover.
    Bake about 1 1/2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Top with grated cheese last 15 minutes of baking.
    Serves 5.
