Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice, prepared
    1 medium diced onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute broccoli and onion in margarine. In a 2-quart casserole dish lightly mix the sauteed broccoli, onion, soup, cheese, milk and rice.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven about 1 1/2 hours.
    Top with crushed potato chips and bake 5 more minutes (optional).
