Mushroom Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of thyme
    1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms, onions, celery and cashews in butter.
    Place vegetable/nut mixture in pie plate.
    Pour cream sauce over vegetables.
