Stuffed Celery - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 celery stalks
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. soft oleo
    2 Tbsp. minced capers
    1 tsp. anchovy paste
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Mix the cream cheese, sour cream and oleo until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Stuff celery with cheese mixture.
    Makes 3 cups.
    Can be refrigerated for a week.
