Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. basil leaves or more (if you like)
    1 Tbsp. oregano powder
    2 bay leaves
    1 c. sugar
    2 large green peppers
    1 large onion
    1 Tbsp. salt
    pepper to suit you
Preparation
    Cook slow for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Place in hot jars with sealed lids.
    When you are ready to use, bring mixture to a boil and add 12 to 15 ounces of tomato paste.
