Joanna'S Favorite Chicken Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 egg shell milk for each egg
    flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs and milk.
    Add salt and enough flour to make a stiff dough.
    Work fast and knead good.
    Roll out thin on a floured surface.
    Let dry for about 30 to 60 minutes.
    Roll up like a jelly roll and cut as desired.
    Unroll and let dry a while longer. Drop one at a time in boiling chicken broth and cook until done and not sticky in center of noodle.
    Makes 4 servings.
