Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef
1 c. onion
1/2 lb. shredded cheese
1 c. Ro-Tel
1 c. canned tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 pkg. chili mix
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Brown meat and onion until done; drain and set aside.
Mix tomato paste and chili mix.
Cook 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool.
Dip tortilla shell in sauce.
Put a tablespoon of meat and cheese.
Roll up tight.
Place seam side down.
Top with rest of sauce.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Uncover and sprinkle with rest of cheese.
