Lumberjack Steak Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. rice wine vinegar
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. bean sauce

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Marinate 2 pound beef loin for approximately 4 hours.
Cook about 20 minutes over hot charcoal.
