Blintzes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes frozen blintzes (cheese, blueberry)
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 pt. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
cinnamon
Preparation

Line pan with frozen blintzes.
Pour melted margarine over the blintzes.
In blender place sour cream, sugar and eggs and blend. Pour over blintzes and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes until golden brown.
