Pork Tenderloin With Garlic Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    1 scallion
    1 1/4 lb. pork tenderloin
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Mince garlic.
    Slice scallion.
    Cut pork into 8 diagonal slices.
    Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper and coat lightly with flour.
    Heat oil and butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
    Add pork and cook until brown on each side about 3 minutes. Remove and cover to keep warm.
