Chicken In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken, cut in eighths
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 c. diced onions
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. white cooking wine
    1 lb. can tomatoes, drained and cut
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. each: pepper, basil and oregano
Preparation
    Coat chicken with flour.
    Brown in olive oil.
    Saute onion until golden.
    Add mushrooms.
    Cook 2 minutes.
    Add wine.
    Cook 10 minutes.
    Add all others including chicken.
    Cover; simmer for 30 minutes.
