No Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. shortening
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. ice water or less
Preparation

Cut shortening and margarine into dry ingredients with pastry blender.
Add water reserving a little in case it's not needed (dough should not be so sticky that it sticks all over your hands). Mix good with your hands.
Roll out on pastry cloth that has been lightly floured.
Cut in circle larger than your pie pan and place in pan.
Prick crust all over with fork.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes if a cooked crust is needed.
