Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. honey
    8 c. oats
    1 c. coconut
    1 to 2 c. nuts (any kind)
    1 c. seeds (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix together the oil and honey in large bowl. Add the oats, coconut, nuts and seeds. Mix well and place in 2 large Pyrex dishes. Sprinkle each dish with 1/2 cup brown sugar. Bake at 200\u00b0 to 225\u00b0 for 1 to 2 hours, stirring about every 15 minutes. Cook until a golden brown or desired crunchiness. Cool and store in airtight containers.
