Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large zucchini or 4 to 5 small
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. Cheddar cheese cubes
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    dash of garlic salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cut zucchini lengthwise and remove seeds.
    Peel and dice. Cook sausage and onion; drain off fat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Place in greased 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven or until zucchini is tender.
