Honey Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. cream
1 sq. chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. nuts
1/4 c. honey
Preparation

Boil sugar, milk, cream and chocolate for 5 minutes.
Add honey and cook until it forms a soft ball in cold water; 236\u00b0.
Remove from heat and allow to cool to 120\u00b0.
Beat until it loses its shiny look.
Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan.
Cut in 1 inch squares.
Store in refrigerator.
