Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. or more cooked, diced chicken
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. each: herb stuffing mix and cornbread stuffing mix
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
1 large onion, diced
3 hard-cooked eggs
1 can each: cream of chicken and cream of celery soup
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well.
Place in 13 x 9-inch greased pan.
May sprinkle top with crushed potato chips or stuffing mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
Freezes well for cooking layer.
I double or triple the recipe and freeze in different sized casseroles.
