Steak Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 1/4 c. flour
    6 c. water
    3 1/2 Tbsp. beef bouillon
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
    2 c. chopped carrots
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 chopped onion
    20 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    2 lb. ground beef, browned and well drained
Preparation
    Make roux from oleo and flour.
    Slowly add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 1 to 2 hours.
