Chicken Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breasts (skinless and boneless), sliced into 3/4-inch strips
    flour
    eggs
    Italian breadcrumbs
    garlic to taste
    Cajun seasoning
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Flour each piece of chicken; dip into beaten eggs and roll in bread crumbs. Deep-fry until golden brown. Serve with honey mustard or honey or your favorite dipping sauce.
