Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. cooking oil
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. red food coloring
    2 (4 3/4 oz.) jars red plums (baby food)
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs.
    Sift flour and spices together and add to mixture.
    Add food coloring and plums.
    Mix well and add nuts.
    Pour into greased Bundt pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool.
    Glaze with 1 cup powdered sugar thinned with lemon juice to suit taste.
