Taco Salad For One(Only 200 Calories) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 baked Tostitos
    1/2 c. heated nonfat refried beans
    1/2 oz. Velveeta Lite, melted
    2 large black olives, sliced
    2 Tbsp. nonfat sour cream
    1 Tbsp. salsa or 1 Tbsp. chopped tomato
    shredded lettuce (as much as you like)
Preparation
    Layer ingredients in any order.
    Sprinkle with taco seasoning if you like.
