Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut, drained
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 oz. pimentos, chopped
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix vinegar, sugar, water and oil together.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Let stand overnight.
