Refrigerator Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can evaporated milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello, dissolved in 1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. white sugar
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tsp. sugar
1/4 lb. butter
Preparation

Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and sugar and blend well.
Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with 2/3 of crumbs. Reserve rest of crumbs to sprinkle on top.
Cream the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, lemon juice and vanilla until smooth.
Beat the evaporated milk in a large bowl (milk and bowl should be well chilled), until stiff peaks form.
Fold in cream cheese mixture and jello and blend well.
Pour into crumb lined pan and sprinkle remaining crumbs on the top.
Cover with foil and chill at least 8 hours before serving.
