3 c. mashed potatoes
margarine
salt
pepper
thinly sliced onion
1 beaten egg
1 1/2 lb. hamburger or sausage, cooked and crumbled
Preparation

In a greased baking dish, put a thin layer of mashed potatoes. Salt and pepper; add small pieces of margarine.
Next, place layer of meat, then layer of sliced onion.
Next, use remaining potatoes and bake in moderate oven until hot and lightly browned.
