Helen'S Corn Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can Shoe Peg corn, drained
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 green onion, chopped
1 small can tiny green peas, drained
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and chill several hours or overnight.
