Two Minute Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. confectioners sugar (about 3 3/4 c.)
    1/2 c. cocoa
    Dash of salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3/4 stick margarine, cut in 1 Tbsp. chunks
    1 c. chopped nuts, if desired
Preparation
    Grease a dish for the fudge.
    Chop nuts if desired.
    Do these before you put ingredients into microwave as you only have 2 minutes.
    Mix dry ingredients in large glass or plastic bowl.
    Add milk and vanilla, stir just enough to distribute.
    Cut margarine in chunks and drop evenly on top of mixture.
    Put in microwave on high 2 minutes 15 seconds.
    Stir like mad when it comes out and add chopped nuts if desired.
    Pour into previously greased dish and cool or refrigerate.
    It's easier to cut into squares before completely cooled.
