Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sirloin (tenderized)
    1 can mushrooms
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (15 3/4 oz.) can beef bouillon
    3 to 4 c. egg noodles
    3 Tbsp. ketchup
    dash of garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook and stir mushrooms and onions in margarine until onion is soft.
    Remove from skillet.
    In same skillet, brown meat lightly on both sides.
    Set aside 1/3 cup bouillon; stir remaining bouillon, ketchup, garlic and salt in skillet.
    Cover; simmer for 15 minutes.
    Blend reserved 1/3 cup bouillon and flour; stir into skillet.
    Add mushrooms and onions.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Stir in sour cream; heat through. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
