Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. salad oil
1 clove minced garlic
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
1 pt. can tomatoes
16 oz. tomato paste
1 pkg. McCormick spaghetti sauce mix
1 can mushrooms
1/2 (5 oz.) box lasagne noodles
24 oz. cottage cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
Preparation
-
Brown meat in oil.
Drain.
Add next 8 ingredients.
Simmer uncovered until thick, about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Cook noodles until tender.
Drain and rinse.
