Watermelon Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. seeded, diced watermelon
3 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 (6 oz.) pkg. liquid pectin (1 foil pouch)
Preparation

Put watermelon in food processor or in a blender and blend until smooth (about 2 cups of puree).
