Chicken Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    1 c. rice
    salt and pepper
    4 large chicken pieces
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 soup can water
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
Preparation
    Melt butter in bottom of oblong casserole.
    Sprinkle rice over entire bottom of dish (or pan).
    Salt and pepper chicken pieces and place over rice.
    Mix celery soup and water; pour over chicken. Sprinkle onion soup mix over last mixture and chicken.
    Cover tightly and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
