Grape Jelly With Gelatin(Sugar-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. or 2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
    1 (1 pt. 8 oz.) bottle unsweetened grape juice
    2 Tbsp. unsweetened lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
Preparation
    In a saucepan, soften gelatin in grape juice and lemon juice. Bring to a rolling boil, dissolving gelatin; boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
    Stir in liquid sweetener.
    Pour into hot, sterilized jars.
    Seal; store in refrigerator.
    Makes 1 1/2 pints.
