Chicken Paprikas(Chicken With Gravy And Dumplings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken
    1 large onion, diced
    1 pt. sour cream
    paprika
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
    4 c. flour
    6 eggs
    salt
    water
    oil
    a little extra flour
Preparation
    Cut chicken into pieces; set aside.
    Brown diced onion in frying pan with about 1/2 inch of oil in it.
    Remove onion when slightly brown and put in large Dutch oven.
    Add chicken pieces to the hot oil.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
    Brown chicken all over.
    Sprinkle liberally with paprika. When chicken is browned, put with onion in Dutch oven.
    Add water to cover chicken.
    Let simmer on low heat until chicken is tender. Remove chicken to plate and set aside for serving.
