Grilled Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/3 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. olive oil
1 Tbsp. basil
1 1/2 lb. large fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
Pour marinade over shrimp; cover and let stand for 2 hours.
Grill shrimp at least 6 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
