Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

2 (no.2) cans Veg-All, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 small onion, diced
1 c. grated cheese
1 stick margarine, melted
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation

Mix cheese and onion with mayonnaise. Layer 1/2 vegetables and 1/2 mayonnaise mixture, repeat. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Combine margarine and cracker crumbs for topping. Remove from oven, spread on topping and cook 15 minutes longer.
