Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. water (rinse soup can)
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
crushed potato chips
Preparation

Mix ingredients, except potato chips.
Put mixture in greased baking dish.
Top with crushed chips.
Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
