Fet Kucha(Lard Doughnuts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    flour to roll
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. cream of tartar
    2 Tbsp. lard
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Roll dough and cut with doughnut cutter. Drop in hot lard for a few minutes until brown.
    Roll in doughnut sugar while still hot.
