Potato Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. warm unseasoned mashed potatoes
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box confectioners sugar
1/2 c. ground nuts
Preparation

Combine potatoes, salt and vanilla in 2-quart mixing bowl. Sift confectioners sugar with potatoes, 1/2 cup at a time.
When mixture becomes stiff, knead.
Add more sugar, if needed.
Cover with a damp cloth.
Chill enough so to roll in a long roll.
Roll in nuts and slice.
