Strawberry Jam(Diet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. fresh or frozen whole strawberries
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry flavored sugar free gelatin
    6 to 10 pkg. sugar substitute
Preparation
    Crush berries until a small amount of juice forms.
    Place in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
    Stir in gelatin until dissolved.
    Remove from heat; add the sweetener and mix well.
    Adjust sweetener to taste.
    Pour into jars.
    Store in refrigerator.
