Mock Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground round
    1/2 lb. lean pork
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. stuffing mix
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    bacon
    carrots
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation
    Mix ground round, pork, soup mix, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire, stuffing and tomato juice.
    Form into steak shape, 1 inch thick. Wrap 2 strips thick bacon at outer edge to resemble fat.
    To broil: While broiling, brush with mixture of melted butter, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce and catsup.
    Broil 10 minutes each side.
    Use a carrot strip to make a bone.
