Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    1 c. raw peanuts (5 oz.)
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Combine sugar, Karo syrup, peanuts and salt.
    Cook on High power for 4 minutes.
    Stir.
    Cook an additional 3 to 5 minutes on High until light brown.
    Add butter and vanilla.
    Blend well and cook on High for 2 minutes.
    Add baking soda and stir until light and foamy.
    Pour onto well-greased (oleo) cookie sheet and spread. Cool 1/2 hour.
    Break into pieces.
    Eat and enjoy.
