Fried Bean Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    16 oz. Can Corn (Drained)
    1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
    1/2 Red Onion, chopped
    3 Cloves Garlic, chopped
    16 oz. Can Black Beans
    16 oz. Can Garbonzo Beans (Drained)
    1 Can Jalapenos(Chopped)(Can size depending on degree spice you like)
    2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
    1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
    1 Tbsp. Red Pepper
    1 tsp. Oregano
    1 1/2 tsp. Cumin
Preparation
    1. Brown the corn with the olive oil, do not burn or the corn will pop and make a mess.
    Add the red pepper, onion, garlic and brown lightly. 2. Add the beans, jalapenos (if desired), lime juice, and spices.
    Bring to a light simmer. 3. Warm large flour tortillas in a microwave.
    While warm roll burritos on plate. Cover with sharp cheddar cheese and bake in oven or microwave to melt cheese.
    Serve with chips and a cold Corona beer.
