Spicy Tropical Jello Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. jello (sugar-free)
    2 oranges
    1 lemon
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. orange juice
    1 c. ice water
    6 oz. yogurt
    1 can crushed pineapple in own juice
    1/2 banana
Preparation
    Mix jello and spices in bowl.
    Add boiling water.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add orange juice and cold water.
    Let thicken slightly and beat in yogurt.
    Let thicken again and stir in pineapple directly from can (do not drain).
    Pour into mold.
    When firm, unmold and garnish with sliced bananas.
