Chicken And Rice Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans chicken broth
    1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice (not instant)
    1 can Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
    2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Combine rice and broth in 3 quart saucepan.
    Heat to boiling. Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer on low for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add vegetables, chicken and parsley.
    Heat thoroughly, stirring often.
    Yields 4 servings.
