Swedish Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, well beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped apples
Preparation
    Beat egg, then add sugar gradually.
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt; stir into egg mixture.
    Add vanilla and apples. Bake in greased 8 or 9-inch pie pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serve with whipped cream.
