Pan Coating - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. Crisco
2 c. flour
4 oz. salad oil (Crisco or Wesson)

Preparation

Mix on low or whip until fluffy.
(Hand beater or blender.) Fills around four small Cool Whip containers.
Store on kitchen shelf.
Use any time a recipe says grease and flour a pan.
Bundt cakes come out of pan so pretty and brown.
