Coconut-Pineapple Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 stick butter
    1 (10 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 small can coconut
    2 pie crusts, thawed
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add cornmeal, sugar, pineapple and coconut.
    Pour into unbaked crusts and bake for 40 minutes in oven set at 325\u00b0.
