Linda'S Squash Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. fresh squash
2 medium onions
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. can mushroom soup
12 oz. Cheddar cheese (sharp)
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
2 c. chicken, cooked
Preparation

Cook squash and onions in melted butter until tender, then mash.
Mix mushroom soup and chicken.
Layer squash, onions, crushed crackers, chicken mixture and grated cheese. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
