Cabbage Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    dash of salt
    celery seed to taste
Preparation
    Boil until clear, about one (1) minute.
    Let cool.
    Pour over 1 head (medium) cabbage which has been shredded.
    Do not stir. Refrigerate overnight.
    Stir before serving.
