Beer Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. roast
    2 (12 oz.) cans beer
    1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. each: onion, celery and green pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bake roast, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for about an hour, turning roast periodically.
