Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 small box strawberry jello
    2 pt. sliced strawberries
    2 baked pie shells
    Cool Whip (for topping)
Preparation
    Bring water, sugar and cornstarch to boil (about 1 minute). Add jello and stir until dissolved.
    Set pan in ice water to cool; add strawberries and refrigerate.
    Just before serving, top with Cool Whip.
